Spices are important ingredients to make a food tasty. They also add flavour and enhance the aroma of the food. Spices serve as preservatives too. Spice Oils / Oleoresins are the esssence obtained from various spices.

These are obtained by extracting the essential flavouring and preservative chemicals from various spices. These oils / oleoresins do not contain any contamination and are free from micro organisms like bacteria, mold ,etc. They are homogeneous in consistency and character and are much less bulky compared to the raw spices.
